A lead paint inspection and testing is a professional service performed on a residential rental dwelling built before 1978. This service is performed to identify lead paint hazards caused by cracked, chipped and/or peeling paint. Lead paint inspections are required in Maryland every Tenant turnover and every two years, if you have long-term Tenants, if you have a lead-free property.
